Refund policy

 

Purchases on the shopmassimorattalino.it website are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Legislative Decree 21/2014, which guarantees the customer the right to withdraw, for any reason, from the purchase contract.


Conditions of the right of withdrawal (pursuant to dlgs 206/2005 mod. D.Lgs. 21/2014):
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you received the goods on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

Method:
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit declaration, for example a letter sent by email to the address info@massimorattalino.it or by ordinary mail to the following address Strada Giro del Mondo, 4 - 12050 - Barbaresco (CN).
To respect the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, with the exception of any delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund may be withheld beyond 14 days only until you have demonstrated that you have sent back the goods or until they have been received by us, whichever occurs first.

These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement.
The reimbursement may be suspended until we receive the goods.

You are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Please return the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14 day period has expired.

Refund or exchange will be subject to verification of the returned product.
The return and cancellation policies listed above do not affect your legal rights.

The direct costs of returning the goods will be your responsibility.
The purchased goods must be intact and undamaged; we therefore recommend paying maximum attention when preparing the package, for example using the original packaging.

Exclusions to withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases provided for by art. 59 of the Consumer Code:
- the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
- the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery;
- the supply of goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other goods;
- the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, the delivery of which can only take place after thirty days and the actual value of which depends on fluctuations on the market which cannot be controlled by the professional.
