The prices of our products are indicated on the Website and include VAT.
The total price of the order, including the shipping cost, will be displayed to the customer before completing the order.
The price and availability data shown on the site may be subject to change without notice, but for payment the price indicated at the time of the order applies.
Currently, shipping of our products is only available to the following countries:

For orders of smaller amounts the shipping cost is only € 15 (VAT included).

N.B.:
All retail prices include VAT and do not include any taxes or duties applicable in the country of destination of the products and/or services where this is different from Italy.
These costs, which differ from country to country, are borne by the Customer, who is responsible for verifying the amount with the competent customs authorities.
Preparation and delivery times
The products ordered will be delivered to the address you indicated during order confirmation. All delivery times reported on our Site are estimates based exclusively on the normal processing of the order and on the delivery times declared by the carriers. The couriers used do not make preventive telephone calls nor handle requests for shipments at particular times.
Indicatively, without this involving any obligation on our part and except for any causes of force majeure, the goods in Italy will be delivered within 48/72 working hours from the moment of order confirmation, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Orders directed to Sardinia, Sicily and other smaller islands may take a few more days to be delivered.
In busy periods such as Black Friday or in the months of August and December, deliveries may be subject to slight delays due to couriers.
For orders directed abroad, the goods will be delivered approximately within 4/9 working days from the moment of order confirmation, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Tracking of your order
The shipping service is carried out by the main couriers/carriers on the market. At the time of shipment you will receive an email with a clickable link that will allow you to check the status of your shipment directly on the courier's website.
