Organoleptic Characteristics: Ruby-colored wine with garnet reflections, tannic, rich and powerful taste. It boasts important international awards. 102 bottles hand-painted and signed by the artist "Carlo Dezzani", in an elegant couvette with logo.
Vineyard : 40 years old, located in Novello, 350 m above sea level
Soil: clayey-calcareous with sand veining.
Exposure: south-west and south-east.
Training system: classic guyot.
Production: 80 quintals/ha.
Vinification: carried out in steel tanks, with the emerged cap system and with the maceration of the marc from 13 to 17 days. The fermentation temperature is controlled and maintained at around 28-30 °C. Malolactic fermentation takes place at the end of fermentation and after racking.
Aging: at least 24 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, plus 12 months in steel tanks and at least 6 months in the bottle.
