Denomination: Dolcetto d'Alba DOC

Vintage: 2023

Organoleptic Characteristics: wine with a deep ruby color with purple reflections, on the nose it is intense and exuberant, with notes of blackcurrant and wild strawberries accompanied by a variegated floral bouquet, where roses and violets stand out. In the mouth it is fresh, balanced and well-structured, with a surprisingly long finish.

Vineyard : approximately 25 years old, located in the municipality of Diano d'Alba, at an altitude of 260m above sea level

Soil: calcareous-clayey.

Exposure: south-east.

Training system: classic guyot.

Production: 90 quintals/ha.

Vinification: maceration with frequent pumping over for 5 to 7 days, at a controlled temperature of 28° in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by racking and alcoholic fermentation for about 10 days.

Aging: 4 months in 30hl Slavonian oak barrels of 4th or 5th passage, followed by 4 months of stabilization in the bottle.
