Denomination: Langhe DOC Nebbiolo
Vintage: 2022
Organoleptic Characteristics: fresh, soft and elegant wine. The color appears ruby with purple reflections. Hints of violet, dog rose, cassis stand out on the nose. In the mouth it is mellow, enveloping, easy to drink and with a pleasantly sweet finish.
Vineyard : 30 years old, located in the municipalities of Montà, between 280 and 320 m above sea level
Soil: very sandy.
Exposure: south-west.
Training system: classic guyot.
Production: 100 quintals/ha.
Vinification: after a cold maceration of the grapes in crates for 5 days, the vinification is carried out in steel tanks with the emerged cap system for 7 days. The fermentation temperature is controlled and maintained at around 25°C. Malolactic fermentation takes place at the end of fermentation and racking.
Aging: matures for 5 months in steel tanks and 2 in bottles.
